Unicef in the DRC

During her second visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo Axelle Red accompanied an evaluation mission of Unicef/Belgium. She visited an orphanage and some schools. Axelle expressed her satisfaction about the parents' willingness to send their childen to school.
Unicef announced it will double its contributions for the DRC in 2006.
